THE STORY

Financial technology has everyone’s attention but this demo took us through a whole other experience. Here was the work of an entire department at any large credit awarding facility, automated into a 60 second loan verification process. Not a typical marketing project for Backspace, we started by building awareness among relevant audiences online.

WHAT WE DID

 

Developed the brand identity, a photo bank and supported the team to ensure a brand aligned UI UX for their website visitors. We also started a Twitter, and then LinkedIn based community. A day’s work would typically include scanning headlines from short listed economies especially in the UK, chatting with the leadership at CSLabs and repurposing their feedback into creative knowledgeable content.

 

WHAT STOOD OUT

 

Working with an expert in risk management, a guru in AI based decision making for the financial world, an inspiring series of notes ‘From the Desk of Kartik Ramachandran’ were what we looked forward to the most. An eloquent, nuanced and exceptionally well-informed point of view, empowered us with some engaging excerpts to post for the brand consistently.
